"It was a pleasure to work with Dave and Kelli Woodman on the sale of our existing home in Southern Hills. The Woodmans provided us with solid strategic advice on pre-sale cleanup and renovations that would get the most "bang for the buck". They generated considerable buzz in the "coming soon" period and showed the home to several serious parties, which resulted in an above-list offer after one day! Repeated showings are incredibly disruptive for a family, so it was amazing to sell the house so quickly.
